BDX Book Depth Service
This service consists of 5 levels of book depth for all options traded on the CBOE. Streaming data is available through either CBOE's Financial Network or most large industry vendors.
The launch date has not yet been determined.
Fees are:
1) Vendors $1,200 annually
2) Real-Time Subscriber: Price is not yet determined
